Mit der Bestellung oder dem Download, erklären Sie sich mit diesen Bedingungen

Die orient-bear.com ist eine "gay orientierte" website
Besitzer ist Masha Jilmaz.
Die Masha Jilmaz Homepages ist nur für Personen über
18 Jahre bestimmt. Der Inhalt ist deshalb nur durch eine Kontrolle der Kreditkartendaten
durch ClickandBuy, Netdebit und CCBill zugänglich.
Der Zugang wird von ClickandBuy, Netdebit und CCBill erst ab 18 Jahre gestattet.
Das Videomaterial sowie das Fotomaterial der Masha Jilmaz Galerie
sind urheberrechtlich geschützt.
Jede unerlaubte Vervielfältigung und Veröffentlichung
wird strafrechtlich verfolgt. (siehe copyright Bestimmungen)
Das Foto- und Videomaterial ist ausschliesslich
nur für den privaten Gebrauch bestimmt.
Alle Modelle auf meinen Videofilmen, Fotoserien und in meinen Fotogalerien
sind über 18 Jahre alt am Tag der Produktion.
Für den download von Fotoserien stehen 0,5 Stunde -
und für den download von Videos stehen 0,5 -1 Stunden zur Verfügung.
In dieser Zeit kann der download bei Problemen immer wieder neu gestartet werden.
Es fallen keine neuen Kosten an.
Bei späteren Reklamationen wird nach Zahlungsprüfung
ein erneuter download angeboten.
Der Widerruf ist ausgeschlossen bezüglich downloads digitaler Waren
(Fotoserien, Videos).
Der Kunde ist an die AGB von ClickandBuy, Netdebit und CCBill gebunden und wird permanent gesperrt,
falls gegen diese verstossen wird.
Bei Nichteinhaltung finanzieller Verpflichtung wird die Forderung durch ClickandBuy, Netdebit und CCBill
an ein Inkasso Unternehmen weitergeleitet
und der Kunde wird ebenfalls permanent gesperrt.
orient-bear.com und verbundene Unternehmen behalten sich das Recht vor,
nach eigenem Ermessen, Service zu verweigern, Kunden zu sperren
oder Bestellungen zu löschen, wenn orien-bear der Meinung ist,
dass Kunden in betrügerischer Absicht handeln und den Interessen
von orient-bear.com oder verbundener Unternehmen schaden.

All actors and models in my productions are at least 18 years and to be of age at day of production.
Available download time for photo series are 0,5 hour and 0,5 -1 hours for videos.
Within this time the download can restartet if download problems
occur without charge.
Complaints after this time will be verified and if valid
a new download is being offered.
Withdrawal of downloaded digital products are ruled out.
Accounting will be done via ClickandBuy, Netdebit and CCBill E-payment.
The ordering customer has to accept the ClickandBuy and CCBill business conditions.
Violations against the ClickandBuy, Netdebit and CCBill busines conditions, permanent block
from further use will result. Failure to meet one`s obligations to pay,
Clickand Buy, Netdebit and CCBill will tendering for collection and the customer even
will be permanently blocked.
orient-bear.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service,
block customer or cancel orders in its discretion, including,
without limitation if orient-bear.com believes that customer
conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of orient-bear.com
and its affiliates.
